Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the camera or lens in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all caps, cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Exchange Center
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transit to our inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
